Staines Extensive Flood Damage

Alpine Construction were awarded 42 flood damaged properties following the Thames flooding earlier in the year. We completed all works to the combined value of 1.55 million which featured on BBC news and local radio where we were commended for our hard work and dedication by local authority.

Chelmsford Design & Build

We have recently completed the above project. We were originally instructed to carry out extensive repairs following burst pipes in the basement of a large dwelling. Once on site we were instructed to carry out additonal items to a specialist design package which included: polished wall plaster: a custom designed wooden floor: a handmade oak bar: a cinema room: luxury bathroom suite and skirting radiators.

Reinstatement works to 7 Flats & 2 Shops following large fire in North London

Alpine Construction has been awarded large loss fire claim.  The project is set with a 22 week program to include complete internal and external refurbishments such as structural drying, cleaning, renewal of mechanical and electrical installations and including UPVC windows, plastering, shot blasting, new kitchens, bathrooms and solid wood floors.

Basildon General Refurbishment

We have recently secured a project in Basildon which will require a complete refurbishment to the property following substantial fire damage.
Works will include a complete new timber roof and slate tile system, new Velux and dormer windows, mechanical and electrical and complete decoration and refurbishment internally and externally. All to be completed within a ten week programme.
